Question: Where can I see the funds available for withdrawal?
Answer: Go to the balance section in your personal account, the funds available for withdrawal are in KC wallet (KentCash). One KentCash equals to one euro.
Question: Is there a limit on withdrawals?
Answer: Profit withdrawal limits depend on the source it was obtained from.
If the profit is obtained from MAC KENT or MAC CLASSIC assets selling:
The minimum withdrawal request amount is 5 KentCash. The maximum is 20 KentCash. In this case, you need to submit a withdrawal request and wait for its processing within the standard club regulation time frame (from 1 up to 30 days).
If the profit is obtained from participation in the club lotteries, Kent Capital and Letikent games, all kinds of referral rewards from network development, club products and assets purchases: the maximum request amount is increased up to 100 KentCash. In this case, please submit a support request with the note “for financial department”.
Regardless of the profit source, one withdrawal request can be submitted only. The next request can be submitted after the previous one is processed.
Current limits are temporary and gradually will be increased. Keep up to date with the club news, not to miss important updates about the limits.
Question: How long does it take for a withdrawal to be processed?
Answer: Club regulation for processing withdrawal requests is up to 30 days. This does not mean that your request will be processed on the thirtieth day. It can be processed in a few minutes, a few hours or a few days. The maximum time limit is 30 days.
Question: My withdrawal request is not processed within the 30 days time limit. Why, and what to do?
Answer: The club avoids exceeding limits. If the limit is exceeded, please contact our support to find out the reason in your specific case.
Question: Do you charge any fees for withdrawals?
Answer: The club does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, commission fees may be charged by payment systems you use for withdrawal. The commission fee amount is always specified when submitting a withdrawal request.
Question: How can I withdraw funds to my bank card?
Answer: You can withdraw funds to your bank card via Cash Most payment gateways. Note that for submitting a withdrawal request, two-factor authentication has to be enabled in your account.

Question: Where can I check my withdrawal request status?
Answer: You can check on your withdrawal request status in the Withdraw history section: Finance > Withdraw history. Find each of your requests in the opened table and check their statuses – Paid or Pending.
