Question: Can I create an account for my child?
Answer: Yes, it is possible. Creating an account for a child and filling out its profile is the same as creating an account for an adult. However, after registration, you have to notify support service that the account was created for a child.


Question: What are the limitations for an account created for a minor?
Answer: Such accounts have withdrawal restrictions until a child reaches the age of majority. All other account management features are active – funding, purchasing and selling of club digital assets, purchasing of goods and products on the platform, etc.


Question: Can I create more than one account on the platform?
Answer: No. This is prohibited by the club rules. Account profile must contain real user data – one account per user. All accounts that do not meet this requirement can be blocked and deleted.


Question: Why is my account blocked, and how do I unblock it?
Answer: An account might be blocked due to an incorrectly filled out profile – a fictitious name, an invalid email, no photo, someone else's photo, or a photo that does not meet the requirements.

Your account might also be blocked for User Agreement violation.

Question: I am entering the correct login and password, but keep receiving an error message. Why is this happening?
Answer: Verify that your email address is spelled correctly. Click visibility icon when entering the password (click on the eye icon on the right side of the password field), check the keyboard layout. Please try to log in using your username instead of your email address.

If the problem persists, please contact our support team. Click “Help” button on login/registration page to start dialogue with a support operator.


Question: I forgot my account password. How do I reset it?
Answer: Please use the “Forgot password” option on the login page. Check your email provided during registration, shortly you will receive instructions to rest your password.

If you didn’t receive the rest password email or you still can't log in to your account, please contact our support team. Click “Help” button on login/registration page to start dialogue with a support operator.


Question: How do I reset my account password?
Answer: Go to your account profile and click “Change password” option. Enter a new password and repeat it in the field below. Confirm by clicking the “Save” button.
