Question: I can't find the page with my MAC CLASSIC statistics. Where is it?
Answer: Go to the main menu: KENT P2P > click “More information about MAC” button under MAC CLASSIC widget. You will see four widgets displaying statistics on your MAC CLASSIC asset.

Question: Where can I find the total MAC CLASSIC balance on my account?
Answer: In order to calculate the total MAC CLASSIC balance on your account, you will need to sum up MAC CLASSIC on your account balance and MAC CLASSICsubmitted for sale.

MAC CLASSIC balance is in “Balance” section > MC wallet.
MAC KENT submitted for sale is in KENT P2P > MAC CLASSIC > SELL MAC CLASSIC section.

Add up these two points and you'll get the exact amount of MAC CLASSIC on your account.

Question: Is MAC CLASSIC safe in my account?
Answer: Your account security mostly depends on you. Set up two-factor authentication to increase the security of your account. Do not share your account password with anyone. Do not violate club rules to avoid blocking of your account with your funds.

If you have met these conditions, your MAC CLASSIC is secure.

Question: Can my MAC CLASSIC be somehow debited from my account balance without any notice?
Answer: Currently we do not know any possibility when your MAC CLASSIC could be debited from your account balance without any notice. It's impossible.

Question: Why is my MAC CLASSIC balance lower than I have bought?
Answer: It is most likely that you have previously submitted a part of your asset for sale. The asset offered for sale is debited from account balance and is not displayed in the wallet. If you add up the offered for sale part to the wallet balance, you will get the total amount of your asset at the moment.

Question: Can I transfer MAC CLASSIC to another partner?
Answer: No. This option is not provided by the system.

Question: Can I withdraw my MAC CLASSIC somewhere outside KENT CLUB platform?
Answer: No. MAC CLASSIC is an internal club asset, and it can only be stored on the club platform. There are no external wallets for this purpose.

Question: Can I exchange my MAC CLASSIC for MAC KENT?
Answer: You can't exchange your MAC CLASSIC for MAC KENT directly. MAC CLASSIC can be purchased with KentCash or KentCash Trade only. Accordingly, you can exchange your MAC CLASSIC for MAC KENT only by selling MAC CLASSIC and buying MAC KENT with the funds received on KentCash and KentCash Trade wallets.
