Answer: KentCash purchasing is made from a user's personal account only. Accordingly, in that case you will have to give another person access to your account. We do not recommend it for security reasons.

Answer: KentCash purchasing is made from a user's personal account only. Accordingly, you will have to access another partner’s personal account and make payment for KentCash from your wallet or bank card. We still recommend not to share your account passwords with anyone else.

In case the funds have been debited from your wallet or card, and KentCash haven't appeared on your balance, please contact our support service to resolve the problem.

In the case of cryptocurrency payment, wait for at least ten network confirmations and if KentCash does not arrive on your balance, contact support service.

Question: How much is the commission fee for KentCash purchase?
Answer: The club does not charge any commission for KentCash purchase. Payment service providers charge commission fees for each transaction. The fees differ for each service, but they are always indicated before sending transactions.

KentavrPay payment system takes 0% commission fees for transactions.

Question: I made a payment, but KentCash haven't appeared on my balance. What do I do?
Answer: In case the funds have been debited from your wallet or card, and KentCash haven't appeared on your balance, please contact our support service to resolve the problem.

In the case of cryptocurrency payment, wait for at least ten network confirmations and if KentCash does not arrive on your balance, contact support service.
