**Question: What is a gift card?** \\
Answer: A gift card is one of the ways to attract new users to the platform, demonstrate the platform opportunities to newcomers, transfer a certain amount of KentCash to an already registered user, or simply to make a pleasant and useful gift.

**Question: How does a gift card work?** \\
Answer: You can buy a gift card in your personal account. When purchasing a card, a unique number and PIN code are generated. You transfer the card number and PIN to the person you want to give it to. He activates the card, and KentCash is credited to the balance of his account in the amount of the card value instantly. He can use this KentCash for making purchases on the club platform.

**Question: How do I buy a gift card?** \\
Answer: To buy a gift card, go to the KENT SHOP online store from the main menu, and select the GIFT CARD among the presented products. Choose the card value from the available list - 10, 50, 100, 1000 KC and click the "Buy" button. Then select the payment gateway you are going to use to make the purchase.\\

The gift card will appear in your account immediately after purchasing. Find the card in the main account menu: GIFT CARDS - CARDS LIST.

**Question: How do I transfer a gift card to the person I want to give it to?** \\
Answer: Open the gift card. Go to the main account menu: GIFT CARDS - CARDS LIST. Copy the card number and PIN. Send the gift card details to the person you want to give it to. The recipient has to be registered on the platform.

For the gift card activation, the platform user has to log in to his personal account. Select in the menu: GIFT CARDS – ACTIVATE, then enter the card number and its PIN and click the " USE " button.

After that, the card nominal value will be instantly credited on KC wallet.
