Without a one-time code generated by the authenticator app on your smartphone or computer, it is impossible to log in to your account, create a withdrawal request or change your password. ---- **How does the two-factor authentication work?** \\ You download and install a special two-factor authentication app on your smartphone and link it to your account. The app generates randomly generated one-time codes. Every time you access your account or make any kind of operation requiring extra security, the system requests this code. Thus, you gain access to the platform or confirm financial operations in your account, such as creating a withdrawal request. ---- **How do I enable two-factor authentication?** \\ A few simple guidelines for enabling two-factor authentication of your account are available on the authentication management page in your profile, in "TWO-FACTOR AUTH" section. Note: when enabling authentication, be sure to save your Security Key in a safe place (QR code or a code of 16 symbols).
