**Question: What is the purpose of a profile?** \\
Answer: Profile is your user passport on club platform. The passport provides access to all existing services and programs as well as to those that will be added on the platform.

In addition, it is a key element of your account security. In any emergency-related issues with your account such as restoring access, unauthorized access, transfer ownership to another user, you will need to submit your I.D. to verify that the account belongs to you.

**Question: How do I fill out my profile correctly? ** \\
Answer: Some profile fields are filled in automatically based on the data submitted at registration. You will have to fully complete all the remaining fields. Note that real data is to be specified.

After entering all the profile fields, click the "SAVE” button.

**Question: What are the requirements for my profile photo?** \\
Answer: Profile photo requirements:\\
1. The photo must be at least 300 x 300 pixels in size.\\
2. Your face should be in focus. No full-body shots.\\
3. The face should occupy about 70% of the photo's surface.\\
4. The photo should be of good quality, distinct, with high definition, not blurry.\\
5. Use plain background. Shots with other objects are not allowed.\\
6. Avoid blank or fake photos (birds, cats, hamsters, etc.).\\
7. Group shots are not allowed.

**Question: Which profile fields can be edited? ** \\
Answer: You can edit all active fields: photo, last name, name, middle name, phone number, country, city, delivery address, zip code. You can't change your username and email address. To change this account data, please submit a support request.

**Question: What happens if false or incomplete data is provided?** \\
Answer: In case verification reveals false or incomplete profile data, your account may be suspended for a period of 180 days.
