**Question: How to register on the platform correctly? ** \\
Answer: When registering on the platform it is necessary to specify your first name, last name, email and phone number, as well as to create your unique username. Please make sure that when registering, your real data is to be provided.

Note that it is possible to sign up with an active partner’s referral link only. “Sponsor” field is automatically filled in at registration. On the next step please check up whether the “Sponsor” field is correctly filled in by the system and coincides with the data of your inviter.

**Question: What is the best email service to use for registration?** \\
Answer: The main requirement for your email is that it has to be valid. You can use the email you normally use.

However, we recommend using Google email service (gmail). It provides the highest security. In addition, your Google account gives you access to many Google apps and services that will be useful when using the club platform.

**Question: Can I register on the platform without a referral link? ** \\
Answer: No. Registration on platform is possible through an active club participant referral link only.

**Question: Can a minor register on the platform?** \\
Answer: Yes. However, in accordance with the club rules, such an account will have limited functionality. In particular, the possibility of withdrawing funds will be disabled. Full unlimited access to the club products and programs is possible when a user reaches the age of eighteen.

**Question: What are the password requirements when registering an account? ** \\
Answer: A strong password has to contain at least eight characters, at least one uppercase letter, at least one digit and at least one symbol like $,#,!, & or similar.

**Question: How to create login when registering an account? ** \\
Answer: The login has to contain only Latin letters without spaces. Uppercase and lowercase letters are allowed, as well as digits. If the username you entered already exists, the system will notify you about it, and you will need to choose another one.

**Question: Why don’t I receive an activation email after registration? ** \\
Answer: If you entered the email address correctly but still have not received the activation email, please check spam folder. If there is still no email, wait a few more minutes – it may arrive with a delay.

**Question: Is verification required after account registration?** \\
Answer: Verification after registering an account is not required. However, keep your profile information complete and up-to-date, edit it if necessary. This will help you to avoid your account blocking for Club Rules and User Agreement violation.
